Refund policy

1. Returns

Due to hygiene and product safety reasons, perfumes cannot be returned once opened or used.

Returns are only accepted if:

  • The product was damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong product

  • The bottle is leaking or defective

The return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Replacement

We provide free replacement in the following situations:

  • Broken or leaking bottle

  • Wrong perfume delivered

  • Defective sprayer

To claim a replacement, the customer must provide:

  • Unboxing video

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, a replacement will be shipped at no additional cost.

3. Refund Policy

Refunds are issued only in the following cases:

  • The ordered product is out of stock

  • Replacement is not available

  • The order was cancelled before dispatch

Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Situations

Refund or return requests will not be accepted if:

  • The fragrance does not match personal preference

  • The product has been opened or used

  • No unboxing video is provided for damage claims

  • The request is raised after 48 hours of delivery

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
